Description: Your sense of balance comes from many different systems working together to create stability in your body. Join Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Mrs. Krista Kaminski as she helps you to understand the keys to improving your balance. Explore the 3 systems in the body that impact your ability to “stand your ground”, followed by specific training and tips that can be implemented in the martial arts classroom. Mrs. Kaminski marries her professional experience in Vestibular & Balance rehabilitation with martial arts to specifically improve performance in the sport.
