ATA Announces New Addition to the Ethics Committee

ATA is pleased to announce the appointment of Chief Master Candidate Tina Newberry to the ATA Ethics Committee.

CMC Newberry is an 8th degree black belt and the founder of Leaders for Life Enterprises, where she creates leadership curricula for children and families. One recent project was her first book, Raising Leaders for Life. She and her husband, Sr. Master Jeff Newberry, have raised three daughters, all of whom operate ATA schools. The Newberrys are proud to have seven martial artists in their family.

The Ethics Committee reviews and investigates complaints of unethical conduct involving ATA
instructors and licensees. It also addresses issues related to diversity, inclusion and representation.
