This will be an exciting and intense training which will include updated high rank testing requirements and Mastership requirements. Grand Master Lee and the Master's Council look forward to seeing you there!

Thursday training seminars will be conducted four times during the day, except for the seminar called "ATA Weapons to the MAX," which has a designated time.
On your registration form you may choose one training seminar for each session.
Here are the timings for the four sessions:
- Session 1: 8:00AM - 10:00AM
- Session 2: 10:30AM - 12:30PM
- Session 3: 1:30PM - 3:30PM

Combat Sparring – “Training Like A Champion”

Description: Raise the bar or your Combat Bahng Mahng Ee by attending this seminar that offers the next level of training drills sure to take your students skills up a notch.

ATA Black Belt Weapons Forms & Curriculum
Instructors: ATA Training Staff
Open to: All Black Belts – 13 years and older
Weapons Offered: Ssahng Nat, Long Range Jahng Bong, and Double Ssahng Jeol Bong
Description: Whether you are a competitor or an instructor, these seminars are for you. Join us as we offer form training & clarifications in 3 different ATA weapons. Our World Champion instructors will review each weapon form to make sure you are at the top of you game. Knowledge of the form and weapons are required. Participation in all sessions is not mandatory.

Balance: Taekwondo Performance Training For Songahm Martial Artists
Instructor: Mrs. Krista Kaminski
Open to: All ATA Members – 16 years and older
Description: Your sense of balance comes from many different systems working together to create stability in your body. Join Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Mrs. Krista Kaminski as she helps you to understand the keys to improving your balance. Explore the 3 systems in the body that impact your ability to “stand your ground”, followed by specific training and tips that can be implemented in the martial arts classroom. Mrs. Kaminski marries her professional experience in Vestibular & Balance rehabilitation with martial arts to specifically improve performance in the sport.

ATA MAX Curriculum Level 2 - Teaching the ATA MAX Curriculum

Description: Last year the ATA introduced its highly successful Creative and Xtreme curriculum "ATA MAX"; designed for instructors of all levels to gain a comprehensive understanding of the terminology and techniques used in these martial arts areas. This year we are excited to announce the launch of ATA MAX LEVEL 2, which will take your students' martial arts performance to new heights. It’s time to LEVEL UP!!!
